GENERAL INFORMATION

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding any pre-ordered items. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the delivery timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Given the fragile nature of ceramics, we prioritize ensuring your package spends as little time in transit as possible to reduce the risk of damage. All orders are shipped with a reliable tracked service, and the carrier will depend on your location to offer the best shipping rate.

For orders outside of the EU, please be aware that they will go through customs clearance. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable Customs Duty or VAT taxes. All orders are shipped from Finland unless otherwise stated.

If you refuse to pay the required duty and the package is returned to us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the item, minus any return shipping fees. However, if the package is abandoned due to unpaid duty, we cannot refund the value of the goods. Additionally, if the item is returned damaged or broken, we are unable to offer a refund.


DAMAGED OR BROKEN PIECES

We take great care in packing your pieces to ensure they arrive safely, using sustainable packing materials whenever possible and minimizing the use of plastics. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us via email so we can address the issue. Claims with our shipping carriers must be made within 10 days of delivery.

To assist with processing your claim, please email us at mm@merileenamaria.com and include the following:

  • A photo showing the condition of the piece and its packaging

  • Any evidence of mishandling by the carrier (for insurance purposes)


RETURNS

You may request a return of any full-priced collection piece within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.

To initiate the return, please email us at mm@merileenamaria.com. Once approved, you will need to provide a tracking number for the returning package. We cannot process a return without a tracking number, as it is necessary in case the package is lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been processed.
